Jordan & Kat’s Wedding

A lot of passion and a lot of Kleenex will be the key memories from this day.  I love shooting brides like Kat who are so in love with their grooms.  I love it when the grooms get all emotional.  After an emotional speech from Jordan, there was not a dry eye in the room.  Congratulations, Jordan & Kat!

New England, North Dakota

We carpooled to Minneapolis with an old college friend who was heading back home from PA.  Then we took the train to Northern North Dakota, and Brandon and Elizabeth picked us up and drove us several hours to New England, North Dakota to begin the pre-wedding festivities.  We gathered wheat for the centerpieces from the land that Elizabeth’s father farms.  Elizabeth’s dad even gave some a ride on the combine.  Matt and I spent a good deal of time working on the slide show and getting to know Elizabeth’s many family members (she’s one of nine children!)  This has been a trip of a life time.

My Little Brother’s Wedding

Brandon and Elizabeth’s wedding was amazing. Elizabeth’s only sister, Mary, was the maid of honor, and my Dad was the Best Man. All 7 of Elizabeth’s brothers had some part of the wedding, with her brother Jack officiating the service. One of my favorite moments of the wedding was the look on Brandon’s face as his bride walked down the aisle… pure delight. This is one of the most special moment’s in my family history!

The silos in this first picture are where Elizabeth’s father stores the grain from his fields.

Fun at Delgrosso’s in Tipton, PA

Here’s Daniella singing to herself on the Merry-go-round at Delgrosso’s Amusement Park.  She lives life in her little world, so this picture seems rather fitting.

Emergency Room

Anya broke her arm; it was really scary.  She hardly ever cries, and she wouldn’t stop.  We took Bon Secours Emergency room, and they confirmed it.  Turns out baby breaks heal in about a 2 weeks and they don’t even put a real cast on; it’s more like a splint.  It’s not slowing her down or dampening her mood though.
